EPK Terms of Service

  • It is the Form submittors responsibility to ensure all information is accurate and that all images and audio submitted for EPK use are authorized by Band.
  • EPKs are updateable only in pertinent information such as Site urls and/or Band Member Changes.
  • It is responsibility of the Band to provide Thorn Web Designs with changes in writing in a timely manner by writing to contact@thornwebdesigns.com. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for these changes to appear.
  • EPK use is lifetime.
  • Thorn Web Designs reserves the right to discontinue EPK Listing in the event that circumstances require such action.
  • By signing up for an EPK with Thorn Web Designs, Band is allowing use of their name for promotional purposes only.
  • Allow up to 7 to 10 days for EPK to appear in Directory.
